RETURN POLICY

We are committed to provide you quality service and material. However, due to some limitations from both sides we would like to clarify certain terms and conditions beforehand so that we won’t have any differences in future. We will be very thankful for your kind co-operation.

If any issue in regards to material then customer needs to inform us within 10 days of receiving the product. Any complaint shall not entertain after 10 days of time.

We don’t provide any type of guarantee in materials including colors and dyes. We are committed to give you same manufacturer’s/wholesale products as shown in picture of our web store. There will be still a chance some product might not be exact same as photo as some variation sometime comes from manufacturer’s side, or sometime due to photographic effects, some color variation seen between photo and actual product. So, if you think you don’t like quality and it is somewhat different than shown in pictures you can inform and return us in specified above duration.

If you are returning the outfit, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

If we shipped you a wrong item, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange after customer service confirms you received the wrong item.

We are also not responsible for outfits that do not fit properly but fits the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.

If we shipped you a defective or damaged item, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide item photographs clearly showing the problem and the invoice number within 10 days.

Once a return request is created, we send you an email with the details of pickup process.Number of days to pickup a product may vary as per the Logistics team that will be assigned to pickup your product. The product will be picked anywhere between 3 – 5 days. The refund amount will be accounted back to your account with a specified date.

Go below down the page and select "Returns" from the Customer Service column. Fill the form and submit it.


EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT

OSMYOU’s 10 day returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on OSMYOU.com for any reason within 10 days of receipt of the item. We only ask that you don't use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measure to preserve its condition. Please also check our Return Policy when buying or before initiating a return for exchange. As we sell/stock the product exclusively in less quantity i.e., one design for one size, exchange is subject to availability of stock with us. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a refund.

If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately.
